If users are getting logged out randomly with script based SSO then customer can use below very good alternative authentication methods depending on their setup.
- STAS
- Captive Portal (Web Client)
- CAA
Reason for the suggestion is that The SSO client is flaky at best , Sophos won’t support script based SSO anymore from SOFS v18 going further.
