WatchGuard – Wi-Fi Cloud 8.6 Maintenance Update

WatchGuard Wi-Fi Cloud services will be updated starting on Friday, December 14, 2018. These upgrades include:
- WatchGuard Wi-Fi Cloud and AP firmware version 8.6.0-644
- Launchpad update

Expected Impact Duration: 2 hours
Impact:
Wi-Fi Cloud management services will be inaccessible during the maintenance activity and you will not be able to perform configuration changes. During Launchpad maintenance, the Launchpad will be inaccessible after you login. However, Wi-Fi Cloud management servers can still be accessed by their direct URL if Wi-Fi Cloud maintenance has completed in your region. There is no impact to customer Wi-Fi service. Access Points will still be functional and provide connectivity and security. Splash pages will also be functional for guest access.
Resolved Issues and Enhancements:
- You can now add the same SSID profile across both radios of an AP if the SSID profile has dynamic VLANs configured
- APs now correctly report PoE+ power usage when two or more APs are connected to certain types of PoE+ injectors
