Sophos has received intermittent reports from Central Email customers who are experiencing their outbound emails being marked as spam.

Impact
Emails will be deleted and will need to be re-sent again.
Current status
A fix has been released to production to all regions to address this issue as of ~19:00 UTC July 29th, 2020
