| Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security Services Systems Update August 27, 2021 Details: Trend Micro will be performing a Scheduled Maintenance on Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security Services (WFBS-SVC) during the following time period: Region: United States, Latin America Regions, Japan, APEC, Others Date and Time (UTC) Los Angeles Berlin Tokyo 2021/08/30, 10:00 Mon 03:00 Mon 12:00 Mon 19:00 Region: Europe, Middle East, Africa Date and Time (UTC) Los Angeles Berlin Tokyo 2021/08/30, 06:00 Sun 23:00 Mon 08:00 Mon 15:00 Maintenance Type: Systems Update Impact on Service: There is no expected service downtime during the maintenance period. Impact on Service: The Security Agent for Windows and MAC will be upgraded to 6.7.1648/14.2.1349 and 3.7.1150 respectively and hot fixes will be deployed during the maintenance period. The Windows agent will unload and reload if after performing the hotfix upgrade. The Mac agent build will be uploaded to AU OPR on 08/31. What’s New: Feature Description Apple M1 (ARM) Architecture Support Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security Services Security Agent can now be installed on endpoints running on Apple M1 processors. Users are required to install the Rosetta application first before launching the Mac Security Agent installer on Apple M1. Otherwise, installation will fail and error message below will be encountered  We appreciate your patience as we conduct this scheduled maintenance to enhance our service.
