Due to undocumented late changes in Apple’s recent iOS 11.3 release, devices running iOS 11.3 may fail to enroll, fail to synchronize, or encounter app management issues with Sophos Mobile version 8.0 and earlier. Sophos Mobile managed in Sophos Central and the hosted Sophos Mobile as a Service have been updated and already support iOS 11.3. | ||||||||||||||

Patches that add iOS 11.3 support for Sophos Mobile 8.0 and 7.1 are available now for download from the Sophos License Portal. Applying the patch is quick and simple, and it can be done with a minimum of interruption. | ||||||||||||||
If you have a server running Sophos Mobile 7.0 or earlier, you should update to the latest version to fully support iOS 11.3 devices. | ||||||||||||||
