The Sophos SMS Mobile Notification Service is a free of charge service that provides proactive SMS alerting for Sophos products and Sophos Central services. You’re immediately prompted in the event an issue arises, so you’ll know exactly what’s going on, what the impact is, and how to fix it.

• Just sign up for the service and select the products for which you would like to receive alerts. You will then receive instant notifications on technical issues or product updates.
• The SMS message will contain the product name and a link to a knowledge base article on our support pages where you can find more detail.
